AUTHORIZED DPS THIRD PARTY SKILLS TESTING PROGRAM

All Drive Training Academy is a Third Party Skills Testing authorized Driver Education school, certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety to administer the Class C non commercial driving skills test. This program ensures students have the required knowledge and driving skills to safely operate a motor vehicle while allowing them to complete their road test with us and reduce wait times at DPS.  No trip to DPS. We process your license. 

FEES:

• Road Test: $100  
• Returning Students: $85
• Same Day Appointments: $150
• Processing Fee: $75

You may be eligible to complete your driving test at an approved Driver Education school for the issuance of a Texas driver license if you meet the following requirements: 

If you are 16 years of age or older:

• Possess a valid DE-964/DEE-964 showing you have completed a Minors Driver Education Course
• Have held a valid learner license for a minimum of six months
• Complete the ITD requirements by viewing the Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) video. The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the drive test.

If you are 18-24 years of age:

• Possess a valid DE-964/DEE-964 or ADE-1317/ADEE-1317 showing completion of a Driver Education Course
• Have a valid restricted driver license
• Complete the ITD requirements by viewing the Impact Texas Adult Drivers (ITAD) video. The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the drive test.

If you are 25 years of age or older:

• Have a valid restricted driver license
• Complete the ITD requirements by viewing the Impact Texas Adult Drivers (ITAD) video. The certificate of completion must be dated within 90 days prior to taking the drive test.

If you are older than 25 and are applying for a Texas driver license for the first time, you are not required to have completed driver education, however it is highly recommended.

Testing clients may reserve the use of an All Drive Training Academy school vehicle for their road test for a fee of $175.00, based on availability. Please contact us in advance of your scheduled test to confirm vehicle availability.

If you choose to use your personal vehicle for the road test, it must have a current registration and inspection sticker, valid front and rear license plates, and proof of active vehicle liability insurance.

Please note that no refunds are issued for no call or no show test appointments, or for appointments where required documents are missing or incorrect. If you have questions about the documents you need to bring, please contact us prior to your test date.
